I never imagined I'd use it on my own husband. He's alive today because I knew what to do.

Meet your instructor

Hi, I'm Nikole.

I'm a registered nurse and a certified American Heart Association instructor. I started From the Heart CPR to make life-saving skills accessible to everyone in and around Lexington — in classes that are engaging, stress-free, and actually fun.

All four of my kids know CPR — proof that anyone can learn this. When class ends, you won't just have a card. You'll have the confidence to act.

What students say

I've taken many recertification classes over the years and this was by far my favorite — light atmosphere, rigorous training. Best in the area, hands down.
Becky · recertification
As a daycare owner, staff safety training is everything. Nikole put special emphasis on infant and child CPR and made sure every teacher felt 100% confident.
Stephanie · daycare owner
The instructor's humor made the lessons stick. I recently used what I learned to help a choking child at daycare. A moment I'll never forget.
Carlos · Heartsaver student

Questions, answered

Which class do I need?+

How does the blended option work?+

You complete the AHA knowledge course online at your own pace, then join us in person for a shorter hands-on skills check-off. Bring your completion page and we handle the rest.

How long is my certification good for?+

AHA Heartsaver and BLS cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

How do deposits and payment work?+

A $25 deposit holds your spot when you register. You pay the balance in person on class day — cash, card, or Venmo.

Where are classes held?+

Most classes run in Lexington, SC. Location details arrive with your confirmation email. For groups of 4+, we'll come to your workplace.

What should I bring?+

Comfortable clothes you can kneel in, and any completion page if you took a blended course. We provide the manikins, AED trainers, and everything else.
